It would appear that this latest bunch have managed to take incompetency to new levels - bloody shameful performance by one and all involved.Dylan Wrathallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01285181139467170047noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7338589224051075532.post-44912228625427253842020-08-25T23:26:34.370+01:002020-08-25T23:26:34.370+01:00Derek,

Lucky that you are on your own and have no-one else to consider when deciding when and where you feel like going to. With Bev's mum in our care I have to remain ever vigilant about where I go and with whom I mix. Because my work involves the use of some rather hazardous chemicals, our PPE is top end kit and far more effective than that used by the staff of the NHS.
As for my desire to set myself targets? Only by doing so am I able to gauge success and failure. Hope you enjoy your break - DylDylan Wrathallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01285181139467170047noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7338589224051075532.post-22581815873259937492020-08-24T15:26:41.343+01:002020-08-24T15:26:41.343+01:00Unfortunately Dyl, politicians worked out eons ago...Unfortunately Dyl, politicians worked out eons ago that the way to avoid direct contact and thus accountability with the masses was to form the device called a political party.
Only those who are members of parties have any say on who the leaders are, or who the MP's are.
Yes, the masses can vote. But 'the parties' choose who we vote for.
Once it was political uniforms that were banned. It ought now be political parties.Richttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02714117508358025668noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7338589224051075532.post-59251727274267697262020-08-23T17:09:50.223+01:002020-08-23T17:09:50.223+01:00Perhaps I'm just lucky, I don't know, but ...Perhaps I'm just lucky, I don't know, but this Covid business has made very little difference to my life, perhaps I don't set myself the kind of targets that you do. I've still gone out when I want to, still shopped once a week, still done pretty much everything I've wanted to. I guess the only thing it has affected as my regular visits to National Trust properties throughout the summer, my membership has been wasted this year so far. In two weeks time my partner and I will be enjoying a nice cottage in North Devon. I do find it hard to believe that you still have sufficient water to fish in with most of the South East suffering parched conditions everywhere.Derek Faulknerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05140363868104172311noreply@blogger.com
