We have travelled a very similar route - uncannily so at times! Quite how 2015 turns out, who knows? One thing is for certain, I'll be doing my best to enjoy it. Plodding is what I do best - looking at whatever takes my fancy as the seasons pass me by. It is surprising how much enjoyment can be gained by simply spending prolonged time looking at species which we consider common/ordinary - there will always be something to surprise. I sincerely hope that your inter-patch challenge produces the spark which will ignite similar interest from other like-minded observers. This light-hearted approach could have more appeal than you two realise? Take good care and enjoy the festive season - DylDylan Wrathallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01285181139467170047noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7338589224051075532.post-72210000130493655292014-12-16T22:58:14.991+00:002014-12-16T22:58:14.991+00:00Whatever, wherever, whenever, however - one thing ...Whatever, wherever, whenever, however - one thing you can count on; if I'm not enjoying myself it won't last for long! I have few ambitions left unfulfilled - which I can realistically hope to achieve - thus my time is very much my own when I'm outdoors. I'm useless at sticking to plans if things aren't working out - so for my own sake I generally steer clear of any long term strategies and simply take each situation as it comes. That book is still there - niggling in the background - maybe 2015 will see me make a concerted attempt at getting it put together? Take it easy and make time to smell the hops - Dyl<br />Dylan Wrathallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01285181139467170047noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7338589224051075532.post-57884066306225464302014-12-16T19:39:39.493+00:002014-12-16T19:39:39.493+00:00Cheers Dylan, like yourself I will be plodding alo...Cheers Dylan, like yourself I will be plodding along looking at everything that takes my fancy, without my patch listing efforts without becoming too obsessive. I like it because it keeps me in touch with my friend who I've never met! I hope any plans you make live up to their expectations for you, Merry Christmas...Stewarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01985665182124985194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7338589224051075532.post-18858759245911256452014-12-16T16:47:16.112+00:002014-12-16T16:47:16.112+00:00Whatever you end up doing Dyl, may your endeavours...Whatever you end up doing Dyl, may your endeavours be filled with enjoyment, pleasure, entertainment and fulfilment.
